As of March 2, 2024 our office moved to:

411 Hackensack Avenue, Suite LL-C4

at Continental Plaza

Hackensack, New Jersey 07601

Our NEW office is located on the lowest level (LL) between

the middle building (411) & the first building (401 - social security building)
directly across from the Clemente Cafe

OPERATING HOURS:
Eye Exams by appointment are currently available on:

  • Tuesday: 10 am - 7 pm
  • Wednesday: 11 am - 4 pm
  • Thursday: 12 pm - 7 pm
  • Saturday: 9:30 - 3 pm
Licensed Optician services and repairs are available on all days EXCEPT Wednesdays

Walk-ins are welcome during open hours

for eye exams, eyeglasses and contact lens purchase and for eye emergencies

For after-hour eye emergencies, please call (201) 796-2020 (Phillips Eye Center)
or (201) 368-2444 (Omni Eye Center) and mention that you are Dr. Irina Perelman's patient
